Michael is a second-generation builder with a passion for creating beautiful new homes. He is the head of operations and President of EXL Homes, or as his team likes to say, "The Office Guy." A natural-born leader, he is the rudder that keeps our ship pointed in the right direction and the glue that holds us together.Michael's roots in Kelowna have deeply influenced his construction approach. His experience in project management, leadership, estimating, and custom home design, gained while working with hisfather, has enabled him to form an elite team of trades, designers, and staff to achieve the highest construction and customer experience standards.
